Corcoran Privitera Family Dental’s membership plan is designed to help patients afford routine dental care. With lower premiums and no yearly maximum, this is likely the best option for self-pay patients.
Yearly Fees
The double plan is Spouse/ Partner or Parent/ Child. Family Plan is for immediate family that lives in the same household. Family members and children under the age of 18 or 23 if in college are covered with the Family Plan.
Renewal
Membership Plans
If you keep your routine dental checkup appointments, you will receive a 5% discount on your renewal membership plan. Exclusion is if the patient is more than 3 months late for their routine checkup appointment.
When does coverage start?
Coverage starts when fees are paid in full., unless other arrangements are made prior to the appointment. Coverage last for 1
